超声波清洗液对 PVD 涂层寿命影响的实验分析

 Experimental Analysis of the Effect of Ultrasonic Cleaning Liquid on the Life of PVD Coating

摘要:作为涂层前处理最重要的一道工序,超声清洗能将涂层产品表面油污、灰尘及氧化杂质清除,保证待镀产品表面清洁,提高膜基结合力。因此,本文研究超声波清洗机以及清洗液更换频次对 PVD 镀膜的 AlCrSiN 涂层铣刀的寿命的影响,通过两组对照实验,得出以下结论。第一,进口 2CRD200 全自动清洗设备比国产九槽清洗机清洗效果好,产品走刀寿命能提高 24.09%。第二,使用 2 周以上的超声波清洗液清洗的刀具测试走刀寿命为 2.91m,更换新超声波清洗液清洗的刀具测试走刀寿命为 2.73m,频繁更换清洗液(两周一次)对提高产品待镀件清洁度,延长刀具走刀寿命影响不大。
Abstract: As the most important process of coating pretreatment, ultrasonic cleaning can remove oil, dust and oxidized impurities on the surface of the coated product, ensuring the surface of the product to be coated is clean, and improving the adhesion of the film base. Therefore, this article studies the impact of ultrasonic cleaning machine and cleaning fluid replacement frequency on the life of PVD-coatedAlCrSiN coated milling cutters. Through two sets of comparative experiments, the following conclusions are drawn. First, the imported 2CRD200 cleaning equipment has a better cleaning effect than the domestic nine-slot cleaning machine, and the tool life of the product canbe increased by 24.09%. Second, the test tool life of tools cleaned with ultrasonic cleaning fluid for more than 2 weeks is 2.91m, and the test tool life of tools cleaned with new ultrasonic cleaning fluid is 2.73m. Frequent replacement of cleaning fluid (once every two weeks) improves the product. The cleanliness of the parts to be plated has little effect on extending the tool life.
