摘要:干式喷房的纸盒在随着吸附率的不断提高，纸盒的风阻也逐渐增大，按照以往的送排风结构，喷房各区统一排风，纸盒吸附率高的区域，风量减少，导致喷房各区的风不平衡。广汽本田三工厂涂装车间上涂 B 线在导入干式喷房前进行了风平衡的探索分析，从喷房分区设计、喷房结构、风压检测、排风风机频率自动调节等方面进行改进，稳定了纸盒式干式喷房各区域的风平衡，为其他整车厂提供了成功实践案例。
Abstract: With the continuous improvement of the adsorption rate of the dry spray booth, the wind resistance of the cartons also gradually increases. According to the previous air supply and exhaust structure, all areas of the spray booth are exhausted uniformly, and the areas with high carton adsorption rates, The decrease in air volume results in unbalanced wind in all areas of the spray booth. The coating line B of the paint shop of the third plant of Guangqi Honda carried out an exploration and analysis of wind balance before it was
introduced into the dry spray booth. Improvements were made in the area of spray booth design, spray booth structure, wind pressure detection, automatic adjustment of exhaust fan frequency, etc. , Stabilized the wind balance in each area of the carton dry spray booth, and provided successful practical cases for other automakers.
